Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the receipt of goods to request a return.
Important Notes:

This "hesitation period" is not a trial period. General merchandise, consumables, and specially packaged items must not be opened. Once opened or used, returns will not be accepted. After the 15-day period, it will be considered an acceptance of the goods, and returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted. We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt.

To protect both parties, please open the package and record a video when receiving your items to avoid any disputes. Additionally, carefully read the installation (usage) instructions to prevent damage from improper installation or use, which may prevent exchanges.

If the product is damaged, worn, scratched, soiled, or has incomplete packaging due to improper use or human error, or if the invoice or accessories are missing, the return will be rejected. The returned product must be in brand-new condition, including the main product, user manual, registration confirmation, and all peripheral parts.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your product immediately upon receiving your order. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue accordingly.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you received and purchasing a new one after the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification.
Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
